out in the garden....
So what is "Out in the Garden" about? Well it's another way to say out in the world... we each are here to experience life in it's many varied forms. We are each unique unto ourselves, and so we will each have life experiences that are interesting and different. what's bugging you????
along the path of life there is no doubt there will be puddles from time to time,
there will also be BUGS..... in many shapes & sizes...this articles' focus is on the little guys....
when warmer weather arrives,it is also an invitation for the bugs to show up, the little pesty ones (the noseeums) that really get to us and make us itch and our skin crawl and can really creep some folks out....in other words they "bug us"!!!! we tend to see or think of bugs as icky & dirty, disgusting & annoying!!!the creepy crawlers.
although annoying & an indication to take note, one or two is not as significant as an infestation....
so it's always prudent to recognize...who what where when etc. when the bug messengers arrive in your space, be it earth,home or personal.
some thoughts on the meaning of some of our littlest messengers.... parisites, from an energetic & spiritual perspective.....
and keep in mind...there are energy parisites as well.
where am I ready to work on independance??? how am I ready to fend for myself,
what is bugging me at a soul leval that requires change?

(which means we do not have healthy energy fields)

Lice....was really getting nudged by these little critters;not much info, so trusting the info spirit is providing.... tuning in here....
the very thought of lice makes most folks skin crawl with an urge to run far & fast.
the lice tend to go for hair ( which is symbolic of personal strength & protection) and with humans that would be the head. (the head represents knowledge, learning, lessons,
as well as higher self) of course there is the other end of the picture, which brings other lessons.... the urge to itch, is a means to get our own attention that something is not right, or is out of balance. so the biggest message, or "medicine" that lice brings to us is that of paying attention to the daily lessons in our life & not running from them.our spirit/soul is attempting to get us to notice "what we are doing requires change"
A dream of lice contains much waking worry and distress. It often implies offensive ailments.

so perhaps when any pariasites have manifested to the physical body, spirit is really trying to get our attention!!! our being has many layers & levals. the parisites could be mirrioring/reflecting all the thought forms in the etheral layer that are attaching themselves to our etheral body....not that all thought forms are evil, but often times when we open our beings up to the etheral realms,(often by over use/abuse of substance; remember moderation in all things) unwanted or uninvited entities attach themsleves to us, to feed off of us.just some thoughts on parisites from and enrgetic perspective.

These tiny critters come in many shapes & forms.... the one thing they all have in comman is, we as humans mostly dislike these bugs.... espesically when we find them on our person or in our home spaces!!! just remember after you have removed the offending critter, to bring the lesson to heart, to really hear what is being spoken to you. conquering the challenge
as I have walked my path of life, I so very often see correlations in my personal life & what is going on
energetically with humanity & the grand world around us.
it assists me in understanding all that I see, It also assists me in relating this symbolically to clients....
it is part of how I 'read' the energy flows.
so very often events that I am experiencing at the moment
seems to play out in a symbolic fashion all around me.
so recently I have been noting so very many changes all around, even in my own personal life.
the new... the new energies, the new earth, our 'new forms"
our bodies often are reflective of the vehicles we drive.
I have noted how those around me are experiencing changes, and the ups and downs of the energy fluctuations that are oh so very common & familiar to the 'seasoned' individual on the spiritual path of ascension; which is not so much about a rise in altitude, but a rise in consciousness/attitude, as well as a heightened sensitivity.
so with this brief explanation, I begin.
water is akin to emotions. our emotions are so visibly expressed in the constant change of the waters in nature.
I have spent a great part of my life in the water...just love it!!! I have also spent a big part of my adult life
on boats as a passenger in the water, mostly rivers (flowing emotions).
I have not, until recently ever navigated a boat.
so....this week
(the first week of Aug. 2009)
I have been learning/practicing navigating,negotiating, & maneuvering the lake waters (contained emotions) in a jet boat ( a new 'vehicle"/body),
and also 'trolling" or slow moving, with a smaller propeller engine.
This week has been a full moon in Aquarius; Aquarius the Water Bearer, and a lunar eclipse; which is some huge energy shifts for humanity. and interestingly the jet boats' brand/make is a "Thunder Jet" (thunder is messages from the gods)
so symbolically.... in humanities "new vehicle" on the energetic emotional waters of life....learning/practicing
how to navigate the big change/shifts of life experiences.
my initial reactions was a bit of overwhelm, this was indeed
a challenge for me, revisiting so many old issues from a clearly different perspective.... I chose to 'rise' to the occasion... I chose to a conquer the challenge. I chose to make a change in my own life. I chose to acquire a new skill, to bring forth this clear intention of change.
I did it today, I conquered my challenge in a calm relaxed
ease of effort. I was able to connect to the 'flow/feel' of the jet stream .... what began as an almost panic mode for me, gradually,& with clear intent and practice, shifted to a flow of ease, and enjoyment.
As I maneuvered the boat through the waves (varying degrees of emotional waves)
and the wind (the blowing winds of change),
attempting to maintain a 'straight" path/line of travel,
and 'speed' and also a sense of comfort for the fisherman I was chauffeuring (for those I assist, clients, students, humanity);but also those that I look to for guidance & direction (those in spirit form)
(staying grounded, center,& clear).....consistency of endeavor ;as well as an open channel & vessel for divine source & spirit to communicate with.
the connection to the jet stream (the flow of conscious awareness), assisted me to shift, allowing myself to let go and trust, what I was hearing...to eventually come to a place of closing my eyes & simply go by feeling....it was great.... it was enjoyable... no tension, no stress...clear flow!!!
Interestingly, once we had docked and come inside...the winds picked up even more so..storm winds...
our boat was secure ad stabilized...the neighbors came to ask the guys to assist them in securing their boat, not once, but twice.....the wind blew all nite, still blowing now, the waves have been huge...
the moon was awesome last night... the winds of change can blow! I have conquered a huge personal challenge.... and on a spiritual level I am aware of the assistance that has been offered as well.
I love how I see the correlations between spirit, nature, humanity, and just life in general.
I love how I see the lessons of life symbolically 'playing' out all around me.
I love how I see the significant messages in nature all around me
I love seeing the symbolism between the elements, nature, emotions, & our 'material world.
I love the associations/connections/c
I love the ability of seeing life from such a large broad perspective.
And I love being in a position to share this with others.

guardian at the gate
on the path of life there are spaces/places where shift & change is ever constant.
the boundaries....the borderlands between the two or more worlds of difference.
there are doorways, gateways, portal openings; where the two touch, mingle, and blend.
these places/spaces where the sensitive can experience an existence, as winds of change are ever constant.
there is always a border where two "worlds" touch....
there will always be those who travel with ease between the two...
there is always a gateway/doorway between the two....
....where two worlds touch.
there are those who dwell in a time and place interacting with both.
there are those who tend this space with love and understanding.
there are those who exist with a joy ease and grace that challenges manys comprehension
the bridge keepers.. the guardians at the gate...the doorman/woman at the portal doorway
there are always those that will dwell in the borderlands.
the threshold, the door sill, the gate post crossing, mark these portals of change.
the border crossing is not without a cost;
the shadow work,the opening of ones heart,
the stillness to hear
the moving through and beyond the fears
the work of a life time, sometimes many in preparation,
aged & seasoned with a wisdom to see the many of all that is.
the calm in the eye of the storm of chaos & confusion.
In a {whole world }where change & differences bump and blend at these spaces where the two
or more touch,
in a {whole world} where all are one & only love is real...
there are those who stand at the ready ;to ease the journey of your life's' path
a few amid the many.
they are there

The Fool….
The fool in the tarot deck… leads the pack so to speak by
being the zero.. “0” in the Major Arcana.
I also see the fool as being a seeker of sorts,
choosing to go his own way, following his own council,
not getting caught in the fears of others.
Choosing to see all of life in another way,
with other answers,other horizons, other paths…
blazing a trail…leading the way,
to a new direction, that perhaps others;
not quite as courageous to lead, may dare to follow.

The Fool….
The fool in the tarot deck… leads the pack so to speak by
being the zero.. “0” in the Major Arcana.
I also see the fool as being a seeker of sorts,
choosing to go his own way, following his own council,
not getting caught in the fears of others.
Choosing to see all of life in another way,
with other answers,other horizons, other paths…

The Fool may appear to be crazy, outlandish,
ridiculous, senseless, simple minded,
whatever is the common word or phrase
humanity chooses to name call.
I am sure you have heard many other terms/names
associated with the fool… in other words…
“foolish” The Fool, A Fool,any fool.
The fool is so very often open up for misunderstanding,
Misinterpretation, ridicule, disassociation,
avoided, ignored;
and because of this treatment ;
The fool is often also a loner, peerless/friendless,
by himself/herself....
So for this moment, if you will…step out side the box of
what most folks deem as "normal"….
And allow yourself to see the fool from different eyes,
from a different perspective.
Perhaps the fool may also be creative, original, unique,
daring,novel, atypical and brave,courageous,Avantgard.

The fool, if truly appreciated for these later qualities,
may genuinely Possess an uncanny wisdom,an
inspired insight,divine connection
that those of the herd mentality;
simply can not comprehend.

In Medieval times… there was often a court Jester…”the fool”
who often acted as a distraction, from what may have truly
been going on.
Perhaps the leader/king wanted to keep this information
from others eyes & ears.
Hence the Jester would do his thing,
acting the fool, thus keeping others unaware.
To me, the fool has a strong insight and inner guidance,
with childlike innocence of trust & purity of faith,
and follows the path of the heart, without fear.

It has been said by those of ancient wisdom, a child will
lead them,that we cannot enter into “heaven” unless

So in following with the theme of the “fool” and recognizing the
Similarities between the inner wisdom of both the fool
and the child…
?when is the fool not a fool?… most every time.
To have the connection to ones' inner guidance and wisdom,
to have the “sense” to follow ones heart bravely &
courageously,
going first where others have not gone… leads one to the
discoveries and experiences that
expand the heart and the spirit for all the rest.

To me the fool is a way shower… a ground breaker…
the true seeker in every sense of the way.

Many silently wish they had the courage of the fool
to just be their realself and not care or worry so much

One of the tools I frequently use is that of journaling.
So very often there are things that are left unsaid,
perhaps we just can’t find the right words,
or we feel intimidated in that moment. There are also events in our lives, experiences we may have that we may feel we have no one to share with ,for what ever reasons…
fear, embarrassment, shame, guilt the list is probably endless…
these very words and thoughts that we hold inside… the things we never speak of… become what I refer to as
the monsters in our head.
They go round and round our mental thoughts, & get in the way of our living.
They are the endless stream of mental chatter… the monkey mind..
Whatever you may call it, or perhaps you’re just becoming aware of these thoughts and words that don’t/ won’t seem to go away.
When we choose to grow spiritually, and we move forward on our path..
We are sending these intentions for growth and healing out to the universe…
When we follow this up with acts of purposeful intentions…like journaling..
The universe will support us in our intentions & actions.
This is where journaling comes in….. Doing what I call
“Brain Drains”
How this process works is as follows…
Get a plain spiral note book…nothing fancy!
Every day for 4-8 weeks write 3 or more pages.
You may think you have nothing to write…
Then for three pages…write 'I have nothing to say'..
Or look around you and just start by writing what you see…
What ever you write… WRITE…. Drain your brain…
Write letters to people who you feel have wronged you,
Or that you may have wronged somehow… you never have to send them,
But getting the words out is very healing.
Forgive yourself or forgive who ever you may need to in your life.
Get the monsters out… clear out the icky stuff!
say what you have never said,
but may have wanted to.
Also once it’s on the page…. Do not re-read it…
Remember…. You’re getting rid of the words…
You’re house cleaning!!! Big time... For your body and soul!
Do this faithfully! At the end of the 4-8 week time frame
Have a celebration…. Crumble all the pages up and burn them!!!
Dance around the fire… let all the ickies go
Be free…. As you do this, you become clearer.
The clarity and the creativity are activated….
You’ll feel fresher. Lighter…….
Do this for yourself, as a way to nurture you!
As away to become your Realself
Do this as often as you want
as a way of stimulating clarity and creativity!
It's a wonderful way to become happy& healthy,, and to realize you are whole and complete.
